The University of St. Gallen in Switzerland is offering a platform to independent professional visual artists to exhibit high quality work.
The piece of art is intended to be exhibited in a recently acquired building of the University for one year, which will then be sent back to the artists. This includes full costs for transporting the work and eventually the artist travelling to Switzerland for the installation and opening.
The University of St. Gallen in Switzerland owns an impressive collection of art-in-architecture including works by Giacometti, Gerhard Richter, Bracques, Arp, Calder, Tàpies, Miró, Enzo Cucchi, Mimmo Paladino, Yan Pei-Ming.
