Add an activity record to your report

For every arts activity you deliver using your grant, you must:

• create an activity record within your report in the CNZ Portal
• add details of the activity
• add statistics about the activity

Activity details include:

• A title and description for the activity
• What type of activity it was
• What artform it involved
• Which of Creative New Zealand’s long-term goals (Strategic outcomes) it achieved
• Where it happened
• When it happened 

Activity statistics include:

• The number of new artworks created
• The number of people involved in an artistic capacity
• The number of arts events delivered
• The number of people who attended the events or the number of copies (e.g. of a book) distributed

You will provide different statistics depending on what type of activity you did.
