For every arts activity you deliver using your grant, you must:
- create an activity record within your report in the CNZ Portal
- add details of the activity
- add statistics about the activity
Activity details include:
- A title and description for the activity
- What type of activity it was
- What artform it involved
- Which of Creative New Zealand’s long-term goals (Strategic outcomes) it achieved
- Where it happened
- When it happened
Activity statistics include:
- The number of new artworks created
- The number of people involved in an artistic capacity
- The number of arts events delivered
- The number of people who attended the events or the number of copies (e.g. of a book) distributed
You will provide different statistics depending on what type of activity you did.
