Call for applications for Ursula Bethell Creative New Zealand Writer In Residence 2010

The Ursula Bethell Residency, jointly funded by Creative New Zealand, was established in 1979 to provide support for New Zealand writers and foster New Zealand writing. The Residency allows authors of proven merit in all areas of literacy and creative activity, including drama, fiction and poetry, an opportunity to work on an approved project within an academic environment.

 


The University of Canterbury is currently seeking applications for the 2010 Residency. This Residency is full-time and tenable for up to twelve months at the rate of $55,804. Please note applicants should be currently resident in New Zealand or New Zealanders temporarily resident overseas.
Closing date for applications is Friday 16th October, 2009.
