We're excited to invite creatives of Pasifika heritage to register their in-person attendance at the Pacific Arts Summit in Wellington.

Held on 11 – 13 October at Te Papa Tongarewa, this event will bring together Pasifika artists, practitioners and organisations to talanoa about the future of Pacific arts.

A key focus of the summit will be looking at Creative New Zealand’s Pacific Arts Strategy 2018-2023 and its implementation over the past five years, as well as getting input into the next five-year strategy.

If you’re a Pasifika artist or creative, please register your in-person attendance on this page!

Registrations close mid-day Friday 7 October.

Priority will be given to creatives of Pacific heritage, because this event will contribute to the development of the Pacific Arts Strategy 2023 - 2028. There will be opportunities for engagement from the wider arts sector and communities following this event.

If you’re unable to join us physically, there’ll be live-streamed sessions as well as other opportunities to talanoa with us and have your say.

Following an incredibly difficult few years for our creative community, we’re thrilled to be able to finally bring together our Pasifika aiga in-person to talanoa, share food, and chart the future of Pacific arts together.
