Lars og Peter, a short film funded under the old Screen Innovation Production Fund, has been accepted into the 62nd Cannes International Film Festival.
Directed by Daniel Borgman and shot in Denmark, the film tells the story of Lars, a young boy who just wants his family to be happy. After witnessing his father perform a desperate act Lars finds himself more alone than ever.
Borgmans film is part of Cannes Official Selection 2009, in competition with eight other films from around the world in the Short Film section.
