The Court Theatre is holding a fundraising event at The Pah Homestead in Auckland.
Part of the event will be a silent auction of more than 50 New Zealand artworks - and it is possible to bid on the works even if you are unable to attend on the night.

There will also be a live auction of three lots:
- A poster from the television series Downton Abbey, signed by Dame Maggie Smith and the cast.
- Sam Neill hosts a picnic for 4 at his vineyard, Two Paddocks in Central Otago.
- Dinner for 12, hosted by The Right Honourable John Key at Wine Chambers Restaurant, Auckland.
The Court appeal is now in the last million of the $4.62m needed to build the new theatre. It will open on December 10th – the first public institution in Christchurch to begin again in a new home
