Kunstlerhaus Bethanien residency Berlin   call for applications

Creative New Zealand is once again offering a residency at the Künstlerhaus Bethanien in Berlin, Germany in 2012/13. The residency is for a period of up to twelve months and is open to all New Zealand visual artists currently working or exhibiting in New Zealand.

Creative New Zealand is once again offering a residency at the Künstlerhaus Bethanien in Berlin, Germany in 2012/13. The residency is for a period of up to twelve months and is open to all New Zealand visual artists currently working or exhibiting in New Zealand.

The Creative New Zealand Visual Arts Residency in Berlin was established by the Arts Board in 1999/2000, to provide a unique opportunity for a New Zealand visual artist. It is a biennial residency.

The timeframe covered by the residency currently being offered is September 2012 – August 2013.

Previous recipients have been: Peter Robinson; Michael Stevenson; Ronnie van Hout; Mladen Bizumic, Sara Hughes and Alicia Frankovich.

The closing date for applications is 5pm Friday 28 October 2011.
