Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA) is calling for registrations from those interested in developing the Arts Trail in Christchurch.
This would involve setting up the project under the umbrella of the Avon River Precinct anchor project.
The Arts Trail is an essential element of the Avon River Precinct, and will see Christchurch develop into an artistic destination by showing visitors Christchurch’s distinctive character through art.
