In March 2011, Creative New Zealand in partnership with Auckland Arts Festival, Sounds Aotearoa and WOMAD New Zealand will continue the highly successful international visitor programme, Te Manu Ka Tau. Key people from the international performing arts world will be brought to New Zealand to see local work in context and to encourage them to present and show it overseas.
In the past the visitors have included festival directors, booking agents, major presenters and producers. A confirmed list of visitors for 2011 is currently in development and regular updates will be posted over the coming months on the Creative New Zealand website.
