The English Programme at Waikato University is inviting applications for a continuing part-time position as Lecturer in Creative Writing.
You will have a PhD or equivalent in creative writing or English and be expected to design and deliver effective and relevant courses in creative writing at undergraduate and graduate level, supervise graduate research and contribute to the programme’s PBRF research profile.
You will have a strong record of teaching at University level and high level publications as a creative writer. Relevant academic publications in a related research area and an ability to contribute to the English Programme in this related area would be an advantage.
